Our client is a well respected multi-residential builder who have been a mainstay of the industry on the Gold Coast for decades. They have recently secured a luxury apartment project in Broadbeach which will present a fantastic challenge for the site team to deliver.

Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site
- Ensuring a safe site at all times
- Quality control and defect minimisation
- Involvement in the letting of sub-contracts
The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include:
- Proven track record delivering multi-residential projects of 20+ storeys
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
- Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
- Trade background preferred (carpentry)
