Foreman Hands-On Role with Career Progression into Site Management
A Foreman is required to join a professional team delivering high-quality New Build, Structural, and Refurbishment projects in the commercial sector across South-East QLD.
Ideal for a Leading-Hand Carpenter looking to step up, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and hands-on experience.
Our client is a reputable Head Contractor with a strong industry reputation and a solid project pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Clients, Site Team, Architects, and Directors
- Assist/Manage builds from start to Practical Completion (PC)
- Coordinate closely with the Project Team
- Oversee site setout, safety, and ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor trades, sub-contractors and getting in the trenches
Requirements:
- Experience in multi-million-dollar commercial projects
- Preferred background in multi-level, large-scale refurb, industrial, and health projects
- Carpentry background
- QBCC Supervisor's License
- Loyal and stable work history
- Strong attention to detail and solid construction knowledge
- Team player with a positive, driven attitude
