Role Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and report on any issues or delays.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Support procurement activities and manage supplier relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within the electrical industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
