The Organisation
JK is partnering with a concrete sleeper manufacturer based in Wagga Wagga. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing business where opportunities are varied.
The Role
This role will see you assisting with the production of the concrete sleepers. This will involve preparing moulds (cleaning, scraping, and applying lubricants) for concrete to be poured into. There will be some manual tasks such as bolting and unbolting the moulds to remove the concrete sleeper. Additionally, you will be involved in the quality assurance and control processes.
Role Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer, numeracy, and literacy skills
- Forklift license is desired but not a requirement
- Reasonable level of physical fitness
All applicants will need to be able to complete a full medical and drug screen as part of the recruitment process.
