About the role
Reporting to the Maintenance Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day part coordination of Ernest Henry’s mobile maintenance team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the core return process with site for major components
- Arranging parts – ordering, inspection, and allocation
- Raising purchase orders for parts and consumables
- Maintaining component repairs status in system
- Data entry of component change out information
- Organizing freight transportation
- Liaising with supervisors and technicians regarding parts queries, ensuring fast issue Resolution
- Lifestyle friendly 8/6 roster, FIFO from Brisbane, Cairns or Townsville, DIDO from Mt Isa with a travel allowance or live residential in Cloncurry with a local living allowance
- Eligible for a quarterly safe production bonus
- Company share ownership plan, complimentary life insurance and income protection and future opportunities to work interstate or overseas
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess a HRWL for forklift operation, a current driver's license, proven spare parts and maintenance experience, mechanical aptitude or trade background, prior relevant warehouse experience, and proficiency with inventory management systems like PRONTO. You must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork abilities, a sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
