Purpose of the Role:As an Industrial Pump Fitter, you’ll play a vital role in the manufacturing and servicing of industrial pumps used in various manufacturing and processing environments. Your expertise will ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and service industrial pumps and pump sets from components.
- Maintain accurate records of work, including pump build sheets, parts used, and work hours.
- Conduct pre-installation checks to ensure all components and pump sets are in working order.
- Test assembled pumps to verify functionality and compliance with performance specifications.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure the safety of others in the workspace.
- Report any potential safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure timely completion of work.
