As a large and successful WA-owned and operated Property Developer specializing in residential and commercial development, Golden Sedayu Pty Ltd represents a partnership between Perth’s Golden Group and Agung Sedayu, one of Indonesia’s largest property corporations. Currently underway is the mega development project at Burswood Point.

The company is seeking the services of an Interior Designer of at least 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Planning, designing and supervising the construction of commercial and residential building interiors.
Preparing and presenting design concepts, including mood boards, colour palettes, materials, furniture and finishings.
Working with contractors and architects in constructing and decorating interiors.
Negotiating design solutions with clients, management, suppliers and construction staff
Selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with client needs and project vision.
Ensure designs adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and regulations
Working across multiple projects, producing project documentation and managing project timelines.

The Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have

Tertiary qualification in Interior Design
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
Proficiency in design softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
Competency in Microsoft Office
A solid portfolio demonstrating your skills and relevant project experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with a team, and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
The ability to manage projects from initial concept to final delivery within tight deadlines.
Strong leadership skills.
High attention to detail and data processing accuracy.
The ability to multitask and prioritize a diverse range of tasks.
