We’re expanding our footprint, and we're looking for a high performing Customer Service Rep to join the team in our brand-new branch in Queanbeyan, opening this November!

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming customers via phone, digital media, and in-person interactions.
Processing transactions efficiently using our ERP system.
Understanding customer needs and making tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
Managing orders and preparing accurate quotations.
Training and mentoring new employees to ensure our high standards are maintained.

About You:

You’re a friendly, proactive individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You excel in communication and have a natural talent for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions. While experience in building supplies or the construction/roofing industry is a big plus, what we value most is your customer-centric approach and eagerness to grow.
