The successful candidate will support the Sales Manager in the operational management .

Role Responsibility

Liaise daily with Sales manager on all site and staff matters
Following up on clients’ business communications, ordering and billing and tracking the organisation’s expenditure
Invoicing clients, collecting company data and negotiating agreements with internal and external stakeholders
Educating clients about company products and services and how to make a purchase
Communicating with clients through phone and emails and building positive relationships with them
Ensure the operation is managed in line with company standards, policies and procedures
Maintain efficient and accurate records for quality and cost control
Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site including communicating on a regular basis so that team goals can be achieved
Have basic knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment and supervise the use of such equipment and chemicals
Support the identification of training needs and ensure accurate site records are maintained at all times
Ensure that the Supervisors have appropriate assistance as required. You may be expected undertake any cleaning tasks as required
Identify new business opportunities and raise these with the Cleaning Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Excellent time keeping, organisation, planning and scheduling skills
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
Self-motivation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.08 – $35.00 per hour
