Our rapidly expanding Sunshine Coast Architectural metalwork business is looking for a driven and focused site project manager to drive its installation division.

SITE PROJECT MANAGER

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

- Lead the planning of works in conjunction with the factory team leader and the drafting team leader

- Manage the financial aspects of the project – including claims, Project reports, variations EOT’s etc

- Develop and Maintain production plans & Schedules in line with clients' expectations.

- Drive the achievement of the monthly budget – i.e completion of projects to meet budget

- Organise sub-contractors to install as per milestones requirements

- Manage OHS & Quality in line with company guidelines

- Great work ethic.

- Attention to detail.

- High degree of autonomy and responsibility to deliver

- Ability to work to timeframes & deadlines.

- Good communication skills.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Driver’s license

- Project management qualification

- Experience in the construction industry

- Right to work in Australia
