We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSEQ Advisor with a strong focus on Quality to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and will suit someone looking to transition into a managerial role in the future

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures and systems.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.
Analyse data and prepare reports to track quality metrics and trends.
Support the QHSE Manager in various tasks and projects related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 & ISO 27001.
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and implement effective Error Proofing/Corrective Action initiatives

Experience and Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a QA role
Previous experience in manufacturing.
Auditor knowledge and experience.
Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in technical report writing.
Knowledge and/or experience in the continuous improvement of Quality Management, Safety and Environmental Systems including, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 & ISO 27001
Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis techniques and the implementation of effective Error Proofing/Corrective Action initiatives.
Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
Mechanical Trade Certificate or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or Metrology (desirable).
Excellent verbal communication skills with strong command of English.
