Working within our Adelaide Remanufacturing facility and reporting to Team Leader on day shift (6am to 2.06pm) or afternoon shift (2pm-10.06pm), you will be responsible for the provision of; safe, efficient and compliant honing machining services.

Key Responsibilities

Examine drawings or specifications to find out the job, material and equipment requirements
Set up and adjust machines and equipment
Fit and assemble parts
Cut, thread, bend and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines
Follow specific operating procedures
Follow specific maintenance procedures
Operation of plant and mobile equipment
Carry out checks on equipment
Undertake housekeeping and housekeeping inspections
Accurate completion of documentation

About Ypu

Cert III in Engineering (Fitter / Machining)
Ability to interpret technical drawings
High Risk Licence DG advantageous
Demonstrated Machine Honing experience
Demonstrated attention to detail
Mining industry and Liebherr equipment experience is well regarded
Highly competent in the use of measurement equipment to tight tolerances
Able to work independently and under adverse conditions
