About the Position:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer for our leading Government client based locally within Adelaide. This position will be casual duration with potential for extension, based within the Accounts Receivable Receipting Team, located in Port Adelaide. The role is best suited to candidates with previous experience in frontline customer service, contact centre and payroll, in a fast paced customer service role, with high volumes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to learn/adapt quickly
- Ability to translate critical inform into database software
- Ability to manage high volumes of work
- Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and to learn/adapt quickly
