The Role
We have an opportunity for a Client Design Leader, to lead the team in winning and delivering projects. The successful candidate will lead design strategy for projects, creating impactful design solutions; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to the brief.
Responsibilities will include:
- Project Delivery and Oversight – acting as the point of contact, identifying risks and variations, managing profitability, following protocols and resolving challenges.
- Design and Insight – lead the project design team to deliver exceptional brand and client aligned results.
- Conversion – identify and convert opportunities, managing the client experience.
- Leadership – team management including driving and developing your team, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Compliance – construction codes, audits, reporting.
Who We Are Looking For
This role will suit someone highly experience in commercial interior design, who is committed to continual growth and improvement. They are someone ready to settle into a new challenge, and they are able to demonstrate proven success in converting pitches.
- Must have tertiary qualification in interior design or architecture
- Competent in Sketchup or Revit and Adobe graphics programs
- Leadership experience is essential
- Highly-effective communication skills, both in person and via phone or email
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial acumen
