Key Responsibilities
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities, covering financial modelling, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Capital Raise & Investor Relations: Support capital-raising efforts by preparing investor presentations, conducting financial analysis, and managing adviser and investor relationships.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to identify strategic opportunities, risks, and trends impacting the business.
- Corporate Strategy & Growth Initiatives: Drive strategic projects, including new ventures, partnerships, and product expansions.
- Financial Modelling & Valuation: Build and maintain financial models to assess business opportunities, investments, and forecasts.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership, summarising findings and providing strategic growth recommendations.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop long-term financial plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals, focusing on growth, profitability, and capital structure optimisation.
Who are you?
A high-energy, driven professional with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, law, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic financial roles.
- A head for numbers, an innovative mindset, and a can-do, go-getter approach to every challenge.
- Able to be in the office at least three days a week for a collaborative, hands-on experience.
