Location: TAS
Salary: $110-135k + Super + Car + Commission
Working Model: Field based
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key civil construction customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
- Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify potential rental opportunities that match clients’ operational requirements.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in the construction, agriculture, or industrial equipment sector. Civil construction is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of successful sales in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction equipment industry and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
