About The Role We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee frontline activities and personnel on our New Energy construction projects. This role compels the safe and effective progression of projects through robust communication, diligent safety and quality assurance, expert technical support, and execution of sound business practices. Project Location: Geelong, VIC Your key duties and responsibilities include: - Supervising electrical construction tasks - Co-ordinate resources to fulfil project plan and outage requirements - Ensure adherence to QA and HSSE documentation and systems. - Overseeing the performance of UGL staff and subcontractors, ensuring professional standards and the appropriate training for apprentices. - Reporting hazards and incidents in line with company directives. - Engaging in safety training programs and contributing to creating safe working procedures. Qualifications and experience required for this role include: - A minimum of 5 years' experience in a construction environment - Experience in supervisory roles. - Electrical Trade Qualification. - Strong communication abilities and relationship-management skills. - Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
