Administration/Contract Coordinator - Join a Dynamic Creative Products team!
We are excited to partner with a leading Australian company specialising in educational products, including innovative art and craft supplies, to find a talented Administration/Contract Coordinator. This company is dedicated to fostering creativity and learning for future generations, offering products for both classrooms and home environments. Their products are sold through well-known retail giants, and they are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team.
The Role
- Location: Hybrid role - 3 days in the office (Hallam) and 2 days working from home
- Type: Full-time position
- Reporting to: Head of Product Development
- Salary: $75,000 + super (11.5%)
- Start Date: ASAP
As the Administration/Contracts Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the product development team, ensuring the smooth execution of commercial contracts with one of their key retail partners. You will work closely with suppliers, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure that all contract requirements are met to the highest standards. Your exceptional administration, customer service experience and creative flair, will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of commercial contracts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage and monitor budgets related to contract execution, keeping costs under control.
- Verify that product specifications align with contract terms and requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
- Manage communications through online portals to keep clients informed.
- Track and report on contract progress, ensuring timelines are adhered to.
- Support the negotiation process and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Maintain organised records of contracts and all related documentation.
- Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies that arise during contract execution.
What You’ll Bring:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects at different stages.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and meet contract specifications.
- Highly efficient, collaborative, and process-driven, with a knack for keeping projects running smoothly.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with online portals, is a MUST.
- Experience with Trello is a plus, though not essential.
- A team player who is adaptable, positive, and solutions-focused.
