ABOUT THE POSITION:
In this dynamic role, this Melbourne based position with some domestic & international travel required, you will manage the overall planning & delivery of all works in the installation, servicing and dismantle of all projects we deliver in the Business Events industry :
- Exhibitions, Conferences / Meetings , Trade Shows
- Brand Activations and Corporate Meetings
- Structure & Marquee Long Tern Hire + Based Events
- Industrial Infrastructure Projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with customers throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-planning to post-project support.
- Oversee, supervise and coordinate all MH staff, external contractors on-site to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain professional communication and relationships with internal teams, client and other stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution to ensure successful outcomes, including job costs, labour & freight management.
- Monitor and track labor and other key project costs to ensure adherence to forecasted job cost & budget.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, logistic, civil engineering, or related field.
- High Proficiency in customer service and time management.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Desired but not required: White Card, MR License, Forklift License.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proven organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work across & with multiple groups within business
