About The Position.
We are looking for an experienced Contacts Administrator to join a highly reputable company and to work within a collaborative team. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be working directly with the Project Manager. This is an opportunity to work on a range of projects while supporting the project team on delivering high-end fit-out & refurbishment projects.
Duties.
- Financial programming and budgeting
- Manage contracts and variations
- Procurement and scheduling
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, and lettings
Skills & Experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in building related course
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractors
- Proven Contracts Administration experience
