GM3 is an emerging Australian metallurgical coal mining entity owned by global investment entity Golden Energy and Resources (GEAR) and M Resources, a market leader in metallurgical coal industry services.
Illawarra Metallurgical Coal (IMC) produces premium quality, hard coking coal for steelmaking, which is transported within Australia and around the world. We operate two underground metallurgical coal mines, two preparation plants and a logistics chain.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a Permanent position based at the Appin mine which is, near the coastal city of Wollongong, NSW, and approximately 75 kilometres southwest of Sydney.
As the Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Production and Mine Services Managers, and their teams across Appin Mine.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Manage calendars and inboxes for managers as needed
- Provide general administrative support (scheduling meetings, travel bookings, purchasing, Visa card reconciliation, raising and managing Purchase Orders stationery, etc.)
- Proactively identify opportunities to reduce administration activities for the teams
- Foster strong relationships with other administrators at Appin and GM3 sites
ABOUT YOU
- Prior experience in a varied and fast paced administrative role
- Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and proactivity
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Proficient in SAP (PR & PO management)
