Experience Required:
• A minimum of 2 years in civil construction, with a focus on project supervision.
• Experience with TMR or local council specifications is preferred.
Tickets Required:
• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision.
• Current Driver License.
• White Card.
• Any additional relevant certifications are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead project production, support, and delivery with an emphasis on effective site management.
• Develop and manage daily work schedules.
• Ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct on-site training and inductions for staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor project compliance with relevant legislation, specifications, and standards.
• Maintain safe working conditions for all personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere that promotes morale and productivity.
• Implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) throughout the work process.
