Responsibilities As a Junior Contract Administrator, you will assist senior team members in various aspects of contract administration, supporting the successful delivery of residential projects. Your role will involve collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. Contribute to the preparation and administration of subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders. Assist in conducting reviews of contract documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate on budget tracking and financial management related to contracts, aiding in forecasting and reporting. Engage with clients, subcontractors, and team members to foster positive working relationships. Qualifications 1-3 years of work experience in contract administration or a related role within the residential construction industry. Basic understanding of contract law and construction processes is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in analysing contract documents and identifying key terms and conditions. Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
