Leadership Role Competitive Remuneration Package Located at Gepps Cross About the Role We are seeking a Supervisor for our purpose Engineering Services located in our state of the art Service Operations Centre at Gepps Cross. Reporting to the Manager Component Workshops and operating in a fast-paced environment this role is responsible for managing a team of boilermakers / welders and apprentices to ensure customer service excellence with high quality work being completed safely and on time. You will liaise with other departments, schedule jobs and allocate tasks, provide quotations and estimates, and work with both new and existing fabrication designs. Additionally, you will be passionate about performance ensuring you are a visible and consistent leader. Your Skills To achieve great results, you will need to bring your skills and experience to the fore. This includes: Leading and developing a small to medium size results oriented technical team; Delivering exceptional service to meet the needs of our customers; Strong technical knowledge and sound commercial acumen; Proactive and solutions approach with the ability to work well under pressure; Demonstrated commitment to Safety with an ability to foster continuous improvement; Trade Qualified – mechanical / engineering; Experience working within Mining, Civil or Construction industries preferred.
