Seeking experienced Construction Leading Hands for multiple roles
Our client is a locally owned and operated Civil Construction business and they are looking for their next Leading Hand superstars to join their ever-growing crews.
About The Role But Not Limited Too
- Lead a crew of labourers and operators
- Ability to work closely with Project Managers, Civil Supervisors and Management
- Plant machinery operation
- Work within set timeframes and budgets
- Able to read and understand site plans
- Adhere to all site safety policies and procedures
- Conduct toolbox talks when required
About You
- Certificate III in Civil Construction highly desirable
- Have current drivers licence
- Must have current licenses and tickets
- Minimum 2-3yrs plant operating experience
- Must have a 'hands on' and 'can do' approach
- Flexibility to work weekends and also regionally when required
