AUSTCORP is seeking currently looking for Road Worker Labourers to join our customers team in Grafton. As a Road Worker Labourer, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of roads, highways, and related infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of roads, highways, and related infrastructure.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, shoveling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to work locally and away as needed
- Valid driver's license - HR Truck Required
