About The Role
The ADG Darwin, Northern Territory team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Structural Engineer. If you are seeking technical and professional development across engineering design and project delivery, this is the role for you. Our graduate positions start on real jobs from day one and are provided with exceptional mentoring from colleagues. You will be encouraged to collaborate, question, and influence the projects you work on. Our culture welcomes self-motivated individuals who are looking for a long-term career progression, and a chance to develop into a leader and mentor for future project teams. As a part of your role you will develop experience in the following aspects:
- Site visits and compliance inspections.
- Assist with calculations for real projects.
- Checking fabrication shop drawings.
- Preparing technical reports and specifications.
We are looking for someone with
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Eligibility for membership of Engineers Australia or equivalent
- A desire to attain CPEng status in the future
- A strong set of workplace principles/values
- Contributes to the ADG culture and brand.
- Ability to think cross functionally and understand how to assess the best outcomes for all stakeholders
