This $200 million development is scheduled to be completed in the next 2 years, with a strong pipeline of future projects to move onto afterwards. Your new role
Working under an established Senior Site Manager, the Finishes Foreman will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality finishes to all aspects of the build. This involves, but is not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Effectively work alongside the Structures Foreman, Site Manager, and Safety Advisor to oversee the finishes phases of the project
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basis
- Organising, managing, and coordinating trades on-site
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience as a Foreman on multi-residential projects over $20 million. You will have:
- Previous experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 companies
- Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in the Jumpform process and finishing phases of construction projects
- Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure
- Desire to advance into a Site Manager role in the future is well-regarded
- Proven experience completing projects from start to completion
- Proven longevity at past businesses
