What you will do as the Entry Level Program Advisor
Role
As an Entry Level Program Advisor within the People Branch you will contribute to the People Development function. People Development is a corporate-wide function that works closely across all levels of the organisation and external bodies. In this role you will also:
- coordinate, communicate and implement the entry level programs with a focus on the Graduate Program.
- provide support and coordination for the agency-wide Professional Development program.
- undertake procurement.
- contribute to other People Branch functions and initiatives from time to time and work collaboratively with other members of the branch.
- maintain effective relationships and the confidence of business area managers in support of the function. Develop judgement, discretion and diplomacy to operate as a trusted advisor to the business.

Salary
APS 4: $77,691 - $84,353pa (plus 15.4% superannuation)
APS5: $86,653 - $91,882pa (plus 15.4% superannuation)
