Role Overview
Dream Home Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our residential building/commercial sites. If you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for leading construction teams, we want you to help ensure our projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on residential construction sites.
- Develop detailed designs, plans, and blueprints for construction projects, ensuring they meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the planning and execution of civil engineering projects, from initial concept through to completion, managing timelines and resources.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and resolve any issues.
- Perform engineering calculations related to load-bearing structures, materials, and other construction factors to ensure stability and safety.
- Assess project feasibility, including environmental, financial, and legal constraints, and present recommendations.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate technical designs and ensure the project runs smoothly.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site workers, and material deliveries.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and building standards.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays on site.
- Report on worksite performance, timelines, and budget to the Project Manager.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proven experience in a Civil Engineer role, preferably within the staffing or healthcare sectors.
- Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or similar role.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in residential construction and development.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficient in project management tools and construction site management. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect our product capabilities to customers' business needs.
