About The Role
Telecommunications - Telepower team are seeking Project Services Coordinator based out of Cremorne, Melbourne office for a Permanent Part-Time position (3 days per week)
Reporting to the Project Services – National Team Manager, the primary purpose of the Project Services Coordinator will be to provide accurate interface data between Ventia and the clients systems.
You will manage workflow and accuracy of data between the clients system and Ventia’s database by providing the timely flow of data whilst ensuring 100% KPI’s on date compliance with client targets.
The Project Coordinator Will Also Be Responsible To
- Enter design and practical data into Clients database in a timely and accurate manner, which includes submissions, approvals, and rejections for all client contracts
- Manage, maintain, and update the status report for current work orders through life cycle to practical completion.
- Follow up approaching and overdue client orders and sign offs from relevant staff to ensure timely completion.
- Manage administrative support to the Ventia teams including design status maintenance using internal system CIMS and data interface with client database System.
- Ensure notifications, design and construction documents to and from the client are relayed timely and efficiently.
- Procurement of FIM project materials in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
About You
You will have experience working in a similar position ideally within the Telecommunications, Civil or related industry accompanied with:
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint
- Accurate data entry skills and a strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective filing and documentation systems
