Your new company
Hays Recruitment are currently working with a major state government health department, who are seeking a Redevelopment Project Coordinator to assist in project managing various capital works projects across site. This role is being offered on an initial 6-12 month temporary contract, paying a competitive hourly rate and working full-time hours. This department is based in Nedlands, with paid parking facilities on site or easy access to public transport.
Your new role
As the Redevelopment Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high level support and expertise in the development of project management documentation
- Supporting with business case developments
- End-to-end project management from planning to delivery
- Significant stakeholder engagement activities
- Risk analysis
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will need:
- Previous Project Management experience managing capital works and infrastructure projects
- Advanced leadership and people management skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and confident communication
- Confidence in strategic planning and business development
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting would make a competitive application
