Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator at Anchor Building Services. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing schedules, communicating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and resolving any project issues efficiently and effectively. The role involves working closely with contractors, building specialists, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Construction Management, and Scheduling skills
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management abilities
- Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and Codes preferred
- Organisational and Time Management skills
- Experience in the Construction or Building industry preferred
- Diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred
