- Research and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and payment terms in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance to ensure high-quality materials and services.
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies, including risk management, cost-saving initiatives, and sustainable sourcing
- Maintain accurate procurement records and manage the purchase order process.

- Analyse spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities within the construction industry

- Assist in contract negotiations and draft procurement agreements for construction projects.
- Create and maintain procurement reports and dashboards specific to the construction sector.
- Support the procurement team in supplier relationship management.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints.
- Use procurement software and tools to streamline processes and enhance data analysis.
