Overview
One of our highly regarded Federal Government clients are focusing on upgrades in various areas of the department. As such, they are looking to conduct a cyber security uplift as part of that modernisation and ensure they are compliant and in line with Federal Government standard. More work is required for the department to meet its risk appetite level and achieve E8 ML1. To do this, a Project Manager required to oversee delivery of the remaining deliverables.
Due to the nature of the Role, candidates must be Australian Citizens to be found suitable.
What Is On Offer
- Felxible WFH can be negotiated.
- Canberra based Federal Gov Client
- Contract till June 2025 with extension options
Key Skills And Experiences.
- Relevant experience in managing delivery of cyber security projects/work packages and/or related technical projects/work packages.
- Knowledge of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), Information Security Manual (ISM), and the Essential 8.
- Experience implementing cyber security initiatives in an Australian Federal Government environment that align with the PSPF, ISM and/or Essential 8.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional Stakeholder and Client Engagement Abilities
- Experience with change management practices and principles
