Based in our Adelaide Branch and reporting to the National Human Resources Manager, you will collaborate with and support Senior Managers and operational stakeholders. Your role involves providing timely and effective supervision, coordination, and continuous improvement of HR administrative functions and advice, aligning with Liebherr's business objectives while ensuring compliance with all relevant HR/IR legislation and the Liebherr HR Policy Framework.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor HR Officers and administrative staff in recruitment by analysing and prioritizing open requests in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Coordinate timely HR administrative services, including preparing reports, employment contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain employee records in databases, establish effective filing systems, and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage and monitor the use of the My Success HRIS system, while coaching HR Officers and administrative staff in implementing the My Success HR IT Roadmap initiatives.
- Supervise and coordinate the end-to-end visa application process in partnership with Migration Agent
- Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to supervise the deployment of HR branding initiatives that support overall recruitment, attraction, and retention efforts.
- Support the implementation and administration of the National Apprentice Program.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR Operational and Administrative plans and initiatives.
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of accurate employee records including but not limited to; employment, training and payroll related data.
Skills And Experience
- A Diploma or bachelor’s in business or HR or 5+ HR Administration experience
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to influence and drive change
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, diverse projects
- Standard Driver’s License
