As a result of expanding scope of works within UGL’s portfolio, we are seeking expression of interest from experienced Fuel Operators to join our Operations & Maintenance team at the Edinburgh RAAF Base in SA. This would be an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation. The Role Reporting to the Operations Supervisor this role will be based in Edinburgh, SA, supporting a number of fuel installation sites in the region. DFI Operator - As a DFI operator , you’ll be tasked with various operational and functional roles around the installation. - Ensure the technical integrity of the fuel, including management of quality control sampling and testing - Experience in similar environment would be highly regarded; fuel or other high-risk/hazardous processing environments What you will Need - Along with fuel experience, you will be a strong team player, a self-starter and dedicated employee. - Defence specific training will be advantageous; however, this training will be provided to the successful applicant where required - Valid Drivers Licence (HR or HC will be highly regarded) - Safety is at the forefront of everything you do! - Currently hold, or ability to obtain appropriate Defence Security Clearance - Live locally, or willing to relocate to the Edinburgh / Adelaide region What we Offer This is an opportunity to join UGL as a full-time employee, on a long-term contract within the Defence sector.
