About the Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and documenting commercial projects using Revit.
- Creating concept design drawings, developing designs, and producing detailed working drawings.
- Selecting finishes for various projects.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, which involves design, development applications, engaging builders through the tendering process, and contract administration.
- You will take ownership of your projects by coordinating with town planners, consultants, and contractors to achieve successful design outcomes.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Relevant architectural qualifications recognized in Australia.
- At least 6 years of experience working in an Australian architectural practice.
- Strong technical proficiency in Revit.
- Ability to produce high-quality working drawings with precision and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of the current National Construction Code (NCC), as well as relevant Australian standards and legislation.
