Site Manager needed for projects starting early 2025!
Your new company
For 10 years, this client has been delivering top-tier construction projects across South-East QLD. Based in their Southport office, they have consistently grown, establishing themselves in the property development, property management, and real estate industry. With recent approvals for several apartment and townhouse projects starting in early 2025, they are now looking to expand their site team by hiring an experienced Site Manager.
Your new role
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day construction of a brand new project. Located in the heart of the Gold Coast, this development will significantly enhance the city's infrastructure. As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overall management of the site
- Management of trades and subcontractors on site
- Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
- Implementation of OH&S policies
- Approval of subcontractor invoices
- Liaison with the Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met
What you'll need to succeed
In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in delivering large residential or commercial projects. You will have proven experience in leading a team of onsite contractors and subcontractors. You should have prior experience with townhouse or mid-rise projects exceeding $10 million. Additionally, having an in-depth knowledge of the local Gold Coast market and trades is highly preferred.
