We are looking for a motivated and energetic Graduate Engineer to expand and assist our talented Research & Development team.
You will be working with our team in the design and development of agricultural equipment, as well as assisting in the development and maintenance of production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design & development of new products or modifications at the request of the Engineering Manager
- Assist in maintaining the highest level of safety, quality, efficiency, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Work in conjunction with production, providing timely calculations, designs, drawings and Bills of Materials.
- Development and implementation of procedures relating to assembly, testing and end user operational manuals for equipment, including maintenance schedules, spare parts lists.
- Provide technical support and guidance to workshop fabrication and assembly teams

Hard Skills
- Experience with following strict quality assurance processes and procedures
- Experience with SOLIDWORKS or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred, but not required)
- Understanding of manufacturing principles. (preferred, but not required)
