TEN Recruitment has joined forces with a leading fitout construction company to source for an experienced
Contracts Administrator. Our client is a leading local contractor who has successfully delivered a large and diverse range of projects across WA. This is a full time permanent position and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.
The Ideal Candidate
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and Economics or equivalent.
- Experience working on fitout / refurbishment projects
- Ability to work as a team leader in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly.
- Highly committed to the Health and Safety of team members at all levels.
- A keen eye for detail.
Your Duties May Include
- Work closely with the site and project management team to ensure all the commercial aspects of the project are running smoothly.
- Manage all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the project.
- Aid with project cost forecasting and reporting.
- Liaise with stakeholders such as clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Arrange and facilitate routine project meetings.
- Provide support with procurement and purchasing matters.
- Preparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors.
- Provide appropriate input in the negotiation of contracts as required.
- Review progress claims and prepare progress payment certificates.
- Ensure compliance with budget and expenditure protocols.
