LAI Group are seeking a Site Coordinator to join our newly created team at our manufacturing plant in Adelaide (Ferryden Park) within our Civil department. We would like someone excited about the opportunity to build a stable, rewarding, and lucrative career with us.
Schedule
Full-time
A 38-hour week (Monday – Friday + reasonable overtime).
Wage (Negotiable - Experience, knowledge, and ability will be taken into consideration).
The Position
The Site Coordinator will be coordinating and conducting civil works to complete LAI Group projects, predominantly working in Direk SA.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience with preparing and conducting a subdivision;
- Experience in base preparation for different shapes and sizes;
- Can safely and confidently operate different plants and equipment;
- General construction duties; and
- Undertake civil stormwater & sewer activities.
The Candidate
The appropriate candidate will require the following;
- Drivers Licence;
- Manual Handling Experience; and
- Experience With General Hand Tools.
- Excavator;
- Roller;
- Bobcat;
- White Card;
- Drivers Licence;
- HC Licence;
- High Risk Licences (Boom Lift/Forklift); and
- Scissor Lift.
