We are a dedicated cleaning service specialising in Aged Care cleaning committed to providing exceptional cleaning solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Full-Time or Part-Time Cleaning Rostering Scheduler.
The Rostering Scheduler role with Clean Advice will not only challenge your skills, but also reward you with the pride you feel when you play a part in improving someone’s life.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication:
- Contact clients and cleaners regarding cancellations or changes to the schedule.
- Address any inquiries or concerns from clients and cleaners promptly.
Job Management
- Add and close jobs in our scheduling system as needed.
- Ensure all job details are accurately recorded and updated.
Cleaner Onboarding And Off-boarding
- Assist in the recruitment process for new cleaners using our internal HR system.
- Conduct onboarding and off-boarding procedures for cleaners.
Administrative Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the operations of the scheduling team.
- Maintain organised records and documentation related to scheduling and cleaners.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or HR systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred.
Hours
- Morning start and flexible hours.
