The Maintenance Supervisor - Track Equipment is instrumental in providing our client's turn key solutions to relocate ultra class mining equipment across Australia, carry out major/ minor shutdown simultaneously ensuring all works are executed safely to exceed our clients expectations consistently
The Role
To succeed in this role Maintenance Supervisor - Track Equipment must have desire and leadership to drive our highly experienced team to deliver value regardless of the size of the project
You will be well versed in maintenance, workforce planning and solution focused customer service, and passionate in seeking continuous improvement opportunities using effective communication directly with the team and our clients.
Duties:
- Plan organise and Execute all aspects of major shuts & demob/remob, cranes transport parts & vendors mobilise team members with admin support.
- Organising quotes, purchase orders, payroll and invoicing to achieve division budget targets.
- Fostering a culture of accountability and performance across all levels ensure target deadlines are achieved.
- Cultivating open and honest communication with team members, clients & suppliers.
- Maintaining a high standard of accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements:
- Experience and exposure in a leadership role - supervisor/team leader/leading hand.
- Passionate and highly Experienced in working on major shuts & demob/remob, projects.
- Extensive knowledge and network of cranes, transport parts & preferred partners that will be utilised to deliver on project objectives
- Australian Recognised Heavy Trade Qualification (Cert III Mobile Plant).
- Valid Australian Driver's licence (Minimum C Class).
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
