Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule day-to-day operations across various construction sites in NSW.
- Action queries and requests professionally and promptly, adhering to established standards.
- Manage the recruitment process and candidate registration from start to finish.
- Maintain a pool of available candidates to meet sales forecasts.
- Manage the employee competency database to ensure skill alignment.
- Ensure accuracy and currency of the applicant and candidate database.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports as required by the business.
- Conduct referee and VEVO checks for all approved candidates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and site safety rules.
- Coordinate employee entitlements, including annual leave, RDO leave, and personal leave.
- Facilitate client project inductions effectively.
- Organise and manage approved training programs for employees.
- Handle after-hours calls as needed.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in databases and scheduling software.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and safety regulations in the construction sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
