Job Description Summary
As a Project Coordinator, you'll support our Project & Development Services team in delivering commercial projects within the property and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, compiling, and assessing tender documentation, including the awarding process.
Creating subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
Assisting with progress claims and managing external variations.
Reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing subcontracts.
Managing and monitoring project expenses, including subcontractor claims.
Handling RFIs with clients, architects, and consultants.
Overseeing the administration of the project's HSE system.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator within a Client-Side Project Management or Head Contractor in Australia. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
Tertiary qualifications in Project and/ or Construction Management are preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience in delivering commercial projects.
Familiarity with the QLD construction market and its subcontractors.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Experience with Procore is a plus.
