Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing contractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Perform site inspections, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and project milestones.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with the proportions and types of raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) used in concrete production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple sites in Brisbane and surrounding areas.
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
