This roster will be 5/2 4/3 10 hour days (9-day fortnight).

About the role
Your new role will entail building and communicating accurate weekly work schedules reflecting all work management activities, ensuring that they are adequately resource levelled and aligned to the corresponding 12-week planning window.
Your duties although not limited will include:
- Ensure compliance to Pronto work management processes
- Create and plan Pronto work orders that enable effective deployment of work management resources, including trades personnel, service providers and materials
- Request and govern work management master data changes as required, based on equipment strategy reviews, failure analysis and identified quality errors
- Develop secondary task lists for relevant reoccurring work to support effective planning and safe execution
- Review work management process compliance across sub functions and engage relevant stakeholders to ensure adhere
- Statutory compliance, ie classified plant, principal hazards
- Safety planning, ie HAZ, OFI, AI, PGI etc.
- Work with representatives from HSEC, production, engineering, maintenance, and service providers to establish maintenance plans and schedules that are aligned with the relevant sub function plans
- Work with reliability and engineering sub functions to ensure work is executed to standards and specifications
- Engage with the supply function to ensure delivery of spares, repairables and services in alignment with work management schedules
About you
Working in a high performing team you will enjoy coming to work every day.
You will require the following skills, attributes and qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant mining or heavy industry planning experience
- Trade qualification in either electrical or mechanical advantageous
- Self-reliant contributor with distinctive proficiency in the Maintenance / Work Management Planning area
- Proficient in MS Office with exposure to Pronto or similar
- Knowledge of budget process beneficial
- Shut down scheduling experience highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building at all levels
