About The Company
We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator experienced in the construction industry to join a highly successful concrete business in the ACT. They provide specialised formwork, REO, Concrete, Civil and Project Management services to commercial government, and T1, T2 and T3 builders both locally and regionally.
About The Role
You will be responsible to focus on contracts administration, project coordination and general administration to support the senior team in delivering successful projects. Suitable for a driven administrator who enjoys a broad range of tasks in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities For The Role
- Manage and oversee contract documentation, ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and co-workers to support project panning, execution and closure.
- Manage all incoming calls and emails and distribute accordingly. Scheduling of meetings, purchase of goods and services and manage travel arrangements.
- Assist project managers/ foreman to create ITP's, SWMS and other safety documentation.
- Raise purchase orders as required, process invoices and ensure accurate payments. Draft progress claims, follow up on payments and ensure accurate data entry.
- All other general administration data entry, generate reports, liaise with suppliers and contractors.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a project or contracts administration role in the construction industry.
- Efficient in data entry, scheduling, contract documentation and compliance, ITP's and SWMS.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and effectively manage time, a strong attention to details and highly organised.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and procore, knowledge of WHS principles and safety legislation desired.

Benefits
Salary package negotiable based on experience $80k - $90k plus super. Salary and package review after 6 months. Variety of responsibilities with no two days the same.
