This role will report to the State Manager and be responsible for operational activities including allocations to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of freight. This role is imperative to promoting the Safe Work Procedures and ensure that all staff maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately manifesting trailers loads
- Coordination with national linehaul team
- Allocation of linehaul and PUD routes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety initiatives as needed
- Arrange and coordinate day to day communication within the business.
- Management of driver paperwork
- Data entry of customers daily collections via online system and phone calls
- Assist in other departments when required
- Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures implemented by the company
- Service coordinator of South Australian based fleet and equipment
- Manage and maintain property, plant and site security
- Hands-on role with an opportunity to make a difference

- Experience in a transport allocations role
- Customer service in the transport industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus business to business relationships
- Legal & WHS knowledge regarding CoR, driving hours and fatigue management
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Computer Skills
- Strong Administrative and planning skills
- Forklift Licence - desired
